At Cairnmead Industrial Consultants, we simplify the application of the Occupational Health and Safety Act and South African National Standards, providing hands-on expertise.
We offer unique Health and Safety consulting, turning our knowledge into practical, easy-to-use guidance. Our services ensure that contractors have the required documentation, with audits conducted on all principal and sub-contractors. We also manage tenant compliance with legal responsibilities.
Our experience combines practical industry needs with theoretical knowledge, and we are proud to have worked on some of Africa’s largest projects, including with Attacq Waterfall Investment Company.

HISTORY AND STATS
Our start
Since 2004, Cairnmead Industrial Consultants has issued over 5,090 Health and Safety Specifications and Plans. From 2014, these have included Baseline Risk Assessments, in line with construction regulations.
Incident Investigations
Cairnmead has been trusted as Incident Investigators for major and fatal incidents since 2004. Notably, Mr. C.P.J Lourens led the investigation into the Kolonnade Shopping Centre Roof Collapse, completing his role as Senior Inspector for the Department of Labour. Many clients have since relied on our expertise for incident investigations and reports.
